How does Online Therapy Work?

Online counseling has many benefits, allowing you access to counseling wherever you find yourself being one. I use a HIPPA compliant video platform from Therapy Notes that is accessible via laptop, tablet, or smart phone (IOS or Android). I’m hoping this page will answer your questions about how to set up & do online therapy, and the subsequent feeling of “I can do this!” And of course, if you have further questions, please feel free to contact me.
